By bidding on or buying from shoprshop you are agreeing to all of our Terms and Conditions as outlined below.
SOME OF OUR NEW IN BOX ITEMS MAY BE OPENED WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM. THEY ARE OPENED BY CUSTOMS AND SOME BY US FOR QUALITY INSPECTION HOWEVER ARE STILL BRAND NEW AND NOT A SOLE JUSTIFICATION FOR RETURN.

Payment Options
we no longer accept direct Telephone Credit Card Payment as eBay’s
PayPal now added a new feature Express Check Out. This will allow you to check
out and Pay using most any Credit or Debit card and you will be entitled to a
number of checkouts without having a current PayPal account. We would recommend
all online shoppers to have and maintain a PayPal Account for the added benefits
and services offered by PayPal.
We do not accept Bank wire Transfers
Shipping and Handling
Shipping Charges are automatically calculated based on your own unique
shipping address and zip code by eBay’s shipping wizard. Please contact us
should there be any problems or discrepancies. We do not add any fees to
shipping charges.
Larger items are shipped via U.P.S. and smaller items including most all electronics are shipped via FedEx. Many of the smallest items such as jewelry items are shipped via U.S.P.S. (Note: because eBay shipping wizard only offers U.P.S many items showing U.P.S. will actually ship FedEx.
We cannot and do not accept or use any shipping labels others then our own. No Exceptions.
On multiple item purchases we will send you a consolidated invoice after your completion of purchases that will reflect any shipping discounts available. To qualify for any multiple item shipping discounts all items must be paid on one payment. Separate payment will be subject to full shipping charges on that item.
Combined Shipping Discounts are not available and do not apply to items costing $2.99 or less.
Shipping Insurance is included on most all electronic items. Shipping Insurance is available and optional on other items and must be selected and paid for by the buyer at check out. Shipping Insurance is provided up to the first $100.00 US additional insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot be responsible for orders lost or damaged in shipment so you are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance coverage.

You may return most products for exchange or refund. Due to sanitation
rules and regulations we cannot take back worn body jewelry.
To Return for Exchange or Refund follow the below
instructions.
1. You must contact us within 7 days of product delivery/receipt
2. You must contact us or call us at 1-800-504-9002 to get a RMA Number, No
Returns will accepted and will be returned to sender at senders expense that
arrive where no RMA Number was assigned or is in clear view on the outside of
the package.
3. Returns items must be returned in the original package with all original
contents received in the same condition as buyer received them.
4. All products, accessories etc must be returned no exceptions.
5. Buyer should insure all returns shipments and should purchase delivery
confirmation for your own protection.
WE GUARANTEE that we will ship the correct item in a timely fashion, that items listed as new will be Brand New, Never Worn or Used and in working condition free of defect. Returned Jewelry will be inspected by a Gemologist prior to issuing refund. Authorized return items will receive a refund less shipping charges. Re-Stocking Fees may apply.

Electronics (other than Cell Phones)
Items Not Covered Under this return policy, Olevia Brand TV’s, are
covered by Manufacture warranty. New Olevia TV’s come with one year
Manufacturer’s warranty, service at Customers location. Reconditioned Olevia TVs
come with 90 day Manufacturer’s warranty, serviced direct with the
manufacturer. You need to register with Olevia within on month of the purchase
to be eligible for warranty coverage.
Gaming (Includes Brand New console and games for all different types of systems) All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer’s warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective customer will need to contact Manufacturer. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our Unwanted Return section.
Items may be returned only with prior authorization.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where shoprshop has made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer. In this case, Customer must contact Shoprshop to obtain a return label or request merchandise pick up. Once item is returned back to the warehouse and clears inspection a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. Shoprshop must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of delivery.
Unwanted Returns
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and
must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)
Refused Delivery
Returns falling under this category will be treated as Unwanted
Returns, consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The
customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the
action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued
less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and
handling fees both ways.
Defective Item
A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 30 days from
the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an
exchange is not requested at the issuing time of RMA an automatic store credit
will be applied once merchandise is returned into the warehouse and inspected.
If the return has been received to our warehouse after 30 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be sent to the customer at their expense.
All reimbursements are done in the same form of payment as received however we may at some time refund with Check or Money Order. Customer may request a refund back to the credit card in which case a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund (in some cases) Refund may take 3 to 5 business days to post back to the credit card.
What is your return Policy on Cell Phones and Cell
Phone Accessories
This policy is applicable ONLY to the return of cell phones and cell
phone accessories.
This policy will not apply to any other merchandise. (The Customer) by shoprshop
or our Distributor. For the policy on all other merchandise, please refer to
the additional product return policy provided in our Terms and Conditions. At

Cell Phone Information. GSM vs CDMA and Frequency
concerns
Shoprshop and our Distributor,
tries to provide the best quality of support for our customers, and with the
large variety of cellular phones we offer. There are some factors you should be
aware of.
A large part of our cellular inventory consists of GSM Phones. Some GSM (global
System for Mobile Communications) providers include Cingular, Tmobile, AT&T,
etc…A GSM network differs from a CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) network in
several ways, the easiest to distinguish by being that GSM phones requires a SIM
card (which is not included). SIM cards can be obtained from your provider.
When purchasing a GSM PHONE YOU SHOULD TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION WHICH BANDWIDTH
FREQUENCY IS AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA. Please contact your service provider for
assistance.
The frequency coverage depend on the area and your service provider. GSM cellular phones only run on 4 possible frequencies, 850-900-1800-1900. Quad Band Phones can run on all 4 frequencies, Tri Band Phones will only work on 3 of the 4 frequencies, and Dual Band Phone will only work on 2 out of the 4 frequencies. 850-1900 are US frequencies, and 900-1800 are international frequencies. The majority of our Tri Band phones are 900-1800-1900 which means they work internationally as well as on a US 1900 frequency (850 frequency will not work) Please check with your provider for details on the frequency in your area prior to placing your order. Phones returned due to frequency issues are subject to approval and a 20% restocking fee. All phones intended for use with carriers other then GSM networks are marked accordingly. As the majority of phones we offer are international models, and are not assigned to one specific carrier, unless marked otherwise, the GSM phones can be used on any GSM Network. Cingular, Tmobile, AT&TG, etc…However for the best service from your cellular phone, the above frequency regulations must be observed.
Cell phones which are marked as unlocked (being
international phones) are not capable of working on the internet. They are not
enabled to browse the internet and will not be able to access it.
Shoprshop’s Distributor, also provides you with certain CDMA and IDEN phone
models which work with the provider specified on the item description.
All phones intended for use with CDMA and IDEN networks are specifically marked.
PLEASE NOTE All cellular phones are sold as is and do not include manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the return policy for further information.
Without exception, no item may be returned without prior authorization in the form of a RMA number provided by customer service at shoprshop.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
In the case of a return without prior authorization from Shoprshop, the
item in question will either be shipped back to the customer at their expense,
or at the customer’s request Shoprshop may elect to accept the item back with a
restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value.
DOA Cell Phones
For the return of any Dead on Arrival cell phone Shoprshop, must be
notified within 7 business days of the receipt of the merchandise. This type of
return may come back only for exchange without exception.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
with an exception where Shoprshop or our Distributor has made an error by
shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, customer must contact
Shoprshop to obtain a return label or request merchandise pick up. Once item is
returned back to our warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or
refund issued for the full amount of the order. If the correct unit is
unavailable. Shoprshop must be informed of the receipt of the incorrect
merchandise within a week of the delivery. In addition the incorrect item must
remain in its complete original condition, be unused, and at the point of return
contain all of the items originally included in the shipment pertaining to all
accessories protective coverings and packing materials.
Unwanted items will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and must be in their
original condition and appear unused. All protective covering and accessories
must also be included in the original packaging and be in original condition
never having been removed.
Refused Delivery
Returns falling under this category will be treated like unwanted
returns and will consequently incur a restocking fee of 20%. The customer will
also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of
refusing the delivery; consequently, a refund will be issued less 20% restocking
fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both
ways.
PLEASE NOTE
The cell phones represented on Shoprshop are international models and
will hold no manufacture warranty. Select models may be taken to a nearby
manufacture service center to be serviced at the recipient’s expense. If the
return has been received to our warehouse after 30 days from the original day
of receipt of the merchandise, it will be sent to the customer at their
expense. All reimbursements are done in the form of a company credit which can
be used towards new orders. Customers may request a refund back to the credit
card in which case a 5% credit card Processing fee may apply and be deducted
from the total amount of the refund. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to
post back to the credit card.
Wholesale Priced Items
Due to the reduced price of wholesale listed items, we will not take
back for refund, however shoprshop may make an exception for exchange if similar
items are available.
Product Availability
Purchase without payment does not insure product will be available.
With the exception of listing errors product availability is based on Cleared
Payment Date and not on Purchase Date or Pending Payment. It is possible for us
to reach an out of stock status on a order with pending payment before that
payment clears at which time exchange or refund is offered.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Listings set to United States only for shipping only means Continental
United States. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Are your products new or factory reconditioned
If the item is factory reconditioned you will see (R) next to
the model number. If there is no (R) next to the model number the product
is brand new. Products that are reconditioned by the manufactures have been
tested to meet quality specifications, some items come with 90 days manufactures
warranty. The warranty is serviced direct.
Bidders Policy
If you bid and win an item, you are responsible to pay for the item.
If we do not receive payment within 10 business days, we will re-list the item,
and file a non-payment dispute. If you cannot complete a transaction for any
reason please notify us and we will send a eBay Mutual Agreement to Not Complete
the Transaction. This will cancel the order.
If you cannot fully abide by our Terms and Conditions we kindly ask you to please not bid.
